PLG Arts’ production of “Daydream”, a children’s version of Midsummer Night’s Dream had it’s third season in Prospect Park’s Imagination Playground this past summer. Otto Neals, a prominent Brooklyn sculptor and painter, and a frequent exhibitor at Dorsey’s Gallery, on Rogers Avenue in our neighborhood was on hand for the children’s activities following the Sunday July 13th performance. Neals created the large bronze statue of “Peter and Willie”, characters in Ezra Jack Keats’ book “Peter’s Chair” which is an important feature of this innovative playground.
